Exceptional customer service! Staff has always been very helpful, friendly & attentive to my needs! I will continue to bank with Altra as I have for over 5yrs now!
I went in to refinance a vehicle loan. The loan officer at this location was unavailable. I asked the girl at the counter if she could call the other branch, and she basically said no to make a lomg story short.
You can not get anyone to answer the phone, transfers to corporate call center with ridiculous wait times. when you call a local number you should speak to a local rep.
I've been with them for a long time; if you think getting a real person on the phone is hard at this Credit Union you should try Chase or Bank of America.
