We purchased a 2005 Toyota Estima from Altous Motors in July. By September, we learned the vehicle was unroadworthy. Repairs are estimated to cost over $2,000, and our mechanic confirmed the issues were pre-existing and should not have passed inspection. Altous Motors and Tariq are liars. Do not believe a word they say. I was guaranteed extended warranty would cover everything, what a load of bullshit!!! I have only had the car 2 months. Do not trust any used car dealerships and do not purchase additional warranty with Integrity. I have already spoken to your workplace about my concerns which was a huge waste of time , money and inconvenience as you do not care or take ownership. I recently bought an old Honda Accord Euro 2003. I travelled 6 hrs today even with some snow falling, the Honda went like a rocket. I would recommend buying from Altous Motors. Friendly Diya was very helpful and efficient.
