As a woman vehicle owner, I can tell you that I haven't always had the most pleasant encounters with garage mechanics...until I met these guys. My dad apparently took his truck there about 20 years ago and next thing we knew he was hanging out at the state garage. After meeting the guys I understood why. I've dealt with mechanics who take one look at "a girl" and immediately go into testosterone or 'here's a sucker" mode. Not these guys. These guys are the best in Altoona. They give you the benefit of the doubt and they know what they are doing. I went in and needed something fixed. After a couple months after they had fixed the problem, the issue came up again. I took it back and they fixed it free-of-charge. Great place to do business.
I can tell you this much. These guys knows the business inside and out. You won't find better mechanics in the Altoona area. If they can't fix it (which I highly doubt they couldn't) then I believe no one could. I've known these guys all my life, and every year do some sort of business with them.
