We recently refinanced our mortgage to lower our interest rate. Our mortgage specialist Jessica was amazing. It was hands down the best banking experience we've ever had. She was knowledgeable, friendly, & happy to answer any questions we had throughout the process of our refinance.
We do almost all business at Altoona First and they are always there to help out with the nicest and truly WONDERFUL staff who help with every question and how to handle financial decisions in the most beneficial way!!
The MARTINSBURG Office is the best! Great people even though I pick on them. It's always a good time at this location.

Called today with a simple question re my account. Clerk, Kathy, extremely rude, and only apologized when I asked to speak with someone who was perhaps interested in giving good customer service. Would not be banking with them if they did not offer a higher interest rate with Kasasa. Also, the last time I made a deposit at their drive-thru window, the clerk credited it to someone else's account. When I went into bank and got it resolved (Altoona location) there was absolutely no apology given by them.
Really poor customer service. Would deserve lowest rating possible.
