Very compassionate and professional
Danelle is an outstanding, and caring provider of skin care. My wife and I love her. She is SO PERSONABLE ! Like family !
Been going here since moving back to Hollidaysburg. Always see Danielle, not any doctors. Staff is kind, I never have to wait long, Danielle is knowledgeable and explains things. Helped with a recurring rash on my neck. Would give the practice a 5 but twice I have had something frozen that blistered and oozed for longer than I would expect, so maybe a little overzealous in the freezing. But its healing now. Would recommend this practice.
I really don't know how to rate this place. I had an appointment. They took care of everything quickly, BUT I have never felt more like a number or rushed in my life. From check-in, clear up to and including calling in for test results. Staff definitely need people skills and how to even be courteous. But everything was done fast. So take it as you may. Personally, I'd rather them work on their interactions because it wasn't a bad experience bad other than that.
