The staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The clinic is really clean and has a calm atmosphere. I really appreciated the nurse taking time to demonstrate how to administer medication to our pooch.
I am so impressed with the all the vets and staff at Altona Vet Clinic but feel I should give a special mention to Lauren at reception. Lauren is such an asset to this business, her knowledge, compassion and kindness is second to none.
We had to say goodbye to our beautiful Bruce today. We were new patients and were able to book a same day appointment with only a couple of hours notice. Grace, Dr Christine, and staff, were so gentle, caring, and compassionate. All alternative treatments were fully explained before we had to make the hardest but kindest decision for Bruce. I am so grateful for their kindness. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.
