Disgusting establishment, they gave away my lost dog to complete strangers which resulted in my dog being extorted for thousands of dollars which I had no choice but to pay. This was completely avoidable however this establishment chose to disregard anything I had to say. One worker even put my dog in a black plastic bag to hide him from me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. You have been warned. Never bring your pet here unless you want them to hand them off to strangers

Absolutely disgusted with this vet clinic. The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like my pet was an inconvenience the entire time. The vet barely examined my animal before throwing out an expensive treatment plan with little explanation. Communication was terrible, the wait time was ridiculous, and the clinic itself felt rushed and unorganised. I left feeling more stressed than reassured. I am absolutely heartbroken and disgusted by my experience with this vet clinic. I took my healthy young cat Hugo, in for a routine desexing procedure and within days he developed what the emergency hospital advised appeared to be a severe post-surgical infection. Despite contacting this clinic with concerns, I felt dismissed and not taken seriously. Two days later my cat passed away in the emergency animal hospital.
