Dr Shivani doesn't utilise the full standard consultation and is often dismissive and in a rushing to finish. Most of my appointments with her go for 4 minutes. She hardly does a thorough analysis and doesn't diagnose the problem correctly. If she can't get to a diagnosis, she will dismiss you without any solutions. Made an appointment for 1:00. No one else in the waiting room when we arrived. Waited an hour as it filled. Doctor didn’t see us until 2.
Reception do their job efficiently and are courteous, but what happened to the lovely Dr Kini, so pleasant but professional and kind, just how you want a doctor to be, explained everything in detail perfectly and didn't rush if you didn't understand. Very sad she has left the practice, the 5 star review was really for her
Dr Hany had a duty of care and has left myself leaving his service in tears on two occasions. Being that I suffer with A.D.D and Nuero divergence I have been on medication since I started primary school. I did my very best to live life in my adult years off my prescription buy sadly I had the worst quality of life and achieved nothing. My psychiatrist who is far more trained in treating my diagnosis wanted the best care for me and suggested that I never change my medication to anything else and that he is happy to save me 45... read more
Waited here for 45 mins for my Dr. I’m about to give up. Only gave 2 star because the lady on the front desk seemed quite friendly.
