Really sad to see such a good clinic go downhill and not be able to provide basic medical care to their patients. Dr. Chan is quite possibly the most rude doctor I have come across. He gets annoyed during conversation and constantly interrupts me—very unprofessional. I will be filing a formal complaint, having been there for 20+ years.
Dr. Hao Xiao - An extremely kind, compassionate and highly professional practitioner in both general medicine and skin treatments. Dr. Xiao aims to draw deeply into the concerns of his patients, while providing the most relevant and suitable care. I am blessed to have encountered Dr. Xiao in recent years and wish him the very best in everything the future holds.
Fantastic medical clinic. Dr Parbati is brilliant, patient and very knowledgeable., A Godsend! I cannot express how lovely, friendly, patient and caring the front office staff are, especially Lorraine, Tracey and Robyn. Always with a big smile and so attentive. I always say you can tell what a place is like by the front office staff. Well done ladies and thank you for always allowing after me 🙏🏽.🐱
A wonderful practice who provide amazing care and respectful consideration to all their patients. Thank you to the wonderful Admin staff who always give you a wonderful welcome and spot on assistance on your arrival, to the lovely nurses that treat you like nothing is a bother, and a huge thank you to Dr Harold Lifson who’s kind and caring attitude along with great knowledge and compassion makes him a true professional that we have called him our family Doctor and confidant for over 20 years.
