I went to Altona Meadows Dental Clinic on a friend’s recommendation, and I’m really glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and well looked after. I had a few treatments done—fillings, a root canal, and even an extraction—and honestly, the whole experience was way better than I expected. Would not recommend at all. The dentist (Dr Matic) is the most rudest person I have ever encountered, the way he talks to his employees specifically one i have only seen recently assuming she’s new is horrific, it made me extremely uncomfortable witnessing such behaviour towards a young girl. If that wasn’t bad enough this dental clinic is extremely overpriced and never fails to overcharge or add in little unnecessary procedures without consulting with you prior to getting them, leaving you forced to pay for something you di... read more
The dentist made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed because I’ve had a lot of fillings. I felt like he was judging me and it was an unpleasant experience. I won’t be going there again.
Overpriced root canal procedure originally quoted at $1600 for one tooth but with the cost increased at each visit for sneaky ‘extras’. Unethical to say the least. Will not return.
