Worst clinic in Melbourne. Terrible wait times, book appointments that never go ahead (including telehealth), doctors rush you in and out. Absolutely do not bother wasting your time or money here
The service is not good at all, even after booking the appointment they make you wait for 2 hours and this happens every time and the doctor also does not talk properly nor guides you
Disappointed with their constant last minute bulk billing changes. I had booked an appt a week in advance, then the day before my appt they told me they are no longer fully bulk billing and I would have to pay the gap just for the first appt.. okay no worries. But then I turn up for my second appt and now they tell me just as I arrived for my appt that they no longer fully bulk bill and I would have to pay the gap every time now. I don’t appreciate the last minute changes and lack of notice of them.
Disappointed with the service I received here. I had to wait over an hour after my arranged appointment time to see the doctor at my most recent visit. This isn’t the first time I have had to wait for a long time, every time is the same. However I understand that doctor’s practices can be understaffed and that isn’t anyone’s fault. What I was most disappointed with, was the care given by the doctor. She was very rude and I felt like she did not adequately explain options with treatment she referred me to.
