We have been using Alex for around 6 years after seeing his van locally, and finding a good friend who has been using him for over a decade in her family. I called Alex as I am local and seeking someone to install three (3) inverter split systems. He asked simply what are they? I said the are Kogan. His response was "I'm not interested...bye". How rude, arrogant and pig headed. Thank God he didn't accept the job because he didn't deserve it.....I hope he reads this. Looking into a mirror of your soul, friend.
