Thank you to all the staff at Altona Complete Dental for making my 3yo daughter's first dentist visit such a positive one. From the minute we arrived, Belinda the receptionist was so welcoming and kind. Our dentist, Dr Phuong, was patient, gentle, and took her time to explain every step to my daughter. My daughter left feeling confident and excited to return for future check ups.
New to Altona and today was my first dental visit at Altona Complete Dental. I had such a great experience from making a booking on the phone to leaving the clinic after my appointment. Best experience ive had going to the dentist! Receptionist was super friendly and welcoming and answered all my questions and the dentist and dentist assistant were easy to talk to and very nice. They were very informative and explain everything well. They were also gentle! 100/10 recommend this place for your next dentist visit. I will be going back for sure! Thank you for the awesome, welcoming experience! :)
I would like to express my gratitude to Dr Phuong and the team at Altona Complete Dental for their care and kindness during my recent visits. I have an intrinsic fear of the dentist and as such am a particularly anxious patient. I found the entire team courteous and professional easing my fears and enabling me to feel at comfortable during treatment. Highly recommend this practise to anyone else who is anxious.
