I would rate 0 if I could. I walked across to this workshop after my car wouldn’t start just a few metres away at 7/11 — all I needed was a simple jumpstart. It would’ve taken them all of 2 minutes, cost them virtually nothing. Instead of being decent humans they tried to charge me $30 for a jumpstart and, unsurprisingly, immediately pushed the idea that I “probably needed a new battery.” Really? Top place around altona to get your car in for a service. Top bloke who charges fair no beating around the bush or false claims. Reasonable prices and even better service top bloke really a top bloke recommending this one to the family and friends.
Unfortunately not a good experience. Won’t recommend.
