Everytime I try calling to make an appointment the staff who answers always has attitude and complains about being short staff, I have patience and have never complained about how long I have to wait on hold but that is not my fault to be on the receiving end of attitude. They also are not accommodating for working moms, I have been trying to get an appt to recheck eligibility and they tell me I have to go in at 2:00Pm no later than 3:00Pm I’m pregnant and have a toddler and cannot afford to ask for additional time off of wo... read more
