I should have listened to the advice on the street and picked a different vet to start. 1st visit with my first ever pet kitten the front desk clerk tells me in detail about her cat she had to get rid of because it would attack her and others. My dog came back from salon treatment couldn't open his eyes swollen shut been with alton vet 10 years they've known my dad since he was a pup ,I called we can't see you till next week,,thru my dog in car Google a vet wasn't even a client and they took him in right there and treated him it's a business there plain and simple.
Unprofessional rude and not very confident. Still not allowed in the facility they do not wear mask if they are concerned with Covid. They don’t like answering the same question if it’s to different staff members. When they ask if you have any concerns they don’t mean it. Don’t think it’s very clean inside my dog stunk when I retrieved him. When taking in for x rays and you have a big dog ask how they plan to lift him. I would NOT recommend going to this clinic EVER! I went to get my dogs nails trimmed and they lobbed off chunks of nail recklessly and cut a huge piece of the quick, my dog bled alot when I got him home he was in pain as the days went on he was crying in pain and couldn't use his foot, reluctantly I brought him back.
