I got seven estimates for work I wanted done. Alton Tree Service had the best price, and did an excellent job doing exactly what I wanted them to do.

I asked these guys for a quote, they said they would be here by the end of the day. They didnt show up until the next day. I didnt think anything of it as our area had a major storm. After the quote I agreed to have them do the work however they never showed back up. I had to contact them every time in order to schedule a time. After three different scheduled days and three no shows, I asked to be removed from their backlog. Horrible customer service and their scheduling is laughable.

Scam artist - asked for an estimate. They gave me one. Then a few days later they went back and dropped my tree - without my approval. No **** or invoice - just a tree in my yard. No clean up and they severed a drainage pipe that is now causing my basement to leak. They will not come back to clean up and fix pipe after several calls. My fault because I paid them after they dropped tree without my OK. Scam artists stay away..
