I was a patient here. Had a procedure done here. Insurance paid over $20K, I was left with my deductible. BJC/AMH gave me the option for a payment plan, which I accepted and paid every month on time. 10 months later, they sent it to collections. No phone call. No courtesy letter. Just a collections call from Medical Revenue. Thank you BJC for your amazing customer service.
First visit was friendly, professional, listened to all of my medical concerns and showed great patience. We discussed a plan of action to my care. Not a wait, my appointment was at 2pm and I was seen on time. Special thanks to Nurse Valerie and DNP Katherine 5 stars to both who were fantastic. The office was very nice, clean and odor free.
Dr. Stirton and Kim are great, however the communication between everyone is a mess and the hold time is awful. My father-in-law called with me in his presence and gave authorization for them to speak to me since he is hard of hearing. They said they have the authorization and once the other nurse got back from lunch, she would call and talk to me. I have not heard anything and their phones will be turned off in 30 minutes, so I called and we were back to square one saying that they can’t speak to me. So frustrating!
Dr Stirton was so wonderful to me. I fell 4 wks in and injured my knee replacement. He came in on a Saturday to sew me back up. Everyone went above and beyond. Thank you!
I would not suggest anyone that values their health to this place, especially Dr Stirgen. They are more worried about x-rays then actual examination. They actually sent me to a hand doctor for back pain I was having. Last time I seen them they stated it was my back causing pain in my hip, year later and multiple test it was determined it could be bursitis. He stated he already knew that and nothing could be done. Find someone else.
