My husband had surgery today. The nurse Crystal was amazing. She was very knowledgeable. Dr Stirton was 100%.
They don’t have that many flexible hours for new patients. The receptionist that makes the appointments was not very understanding to people who don’t have flexible hours. She got really nasty with me and started to get really unprofessional. I’ll never go to this office.
Absolutely horrible. No answer at primary office or new patient intake! Stay away at all costs!
I was a patient here. Had a procedure done here. Insurance paid over $20K, I was left with my deductible. BJC/AMH gave me the option for a payment plan, which I accepted and paid every month on time. 10 months later, they sent it to collections. No phone call. No courtesy letter. Just a collections call from Medical Revenue. Thank you BJC for your amazing customer service.
First visit was friendly, professional, listened to all of my medical concerns and showed great patience. We discussed a plan of action to my care. Not a wait, my appointment was at 2pm and I was seen on time. Special thanks to Nurse Valerie and DNP Katherine 5 stars to both who were fantastic. The office was very nice, clean and odor free.
