Upon my son coming into contact with poison oak I took him here for a visit and he was treated. When we arrived, we were told to preschedule. Today he is experiencing severe symptoms, we attempted to preschedule, and there were no visits online, so it directed me to call the office, the phone rang several times and with no answer. Very unsatisfied.
I was dealing with some odd physical symptoms for a few weeks, was given an antibiotic the week before which might’ve led to a nasty rash. Went to urgent care to figure out why and how to treat and instead of getting any answers for the rash I got pressured obsessively into depression medications and a support group. Always clean and helpful
Took my daughter to the BJC convenient care in Bethalto, IL yesterday and I was very happy with her care. I have been to other urgent cares and have never had the type of service I had here. The NP did a full assessment on her. I thought she just had strep and after the NP took time to assess her she also had many symptoms of Pneumonia. My daughter was given a breathing treatment and assessed again. The NP took time to talk to us and figure out the best treatment plan for her. They ordered a chest xray.
