I’ve been a patient of Dr Greens for several years now and I have to say he is the best doctor I’ve had in my 70 years of age. However most of his staff is very pleasant and helpful but the receptionist that answers the phone has made calling there for anything torturous. Rather it’s trying to make an appointment or trying to speak to other staff members about a question or meds she has to ask 50 questions about what u you our business is about . As soon as Doctor Green went to his new program, this place is not worth your time.
Can never get anyone to answer to make an appointment, follow up, get records, and when they did they hung up on me. Patient care has drastically gone downhill and Dr.Green has checked out.
Not to happy. My husband has been calling for days for a shot the nurse practitioner put him on 2 weeks ago. He has taken it for 2 weeks and was told more would be mailed. He was to take his 3rd one yesterday. He's been calling for days to get nothing but a run around and no return calls now here it is the day after he was to take his shot and still nothing. Terrible. Who ever is answering the phone needs to find a new job. If you don't care about people and getting them their meds then get out of the field.
