Had problems getting the air compressor to work as it should. Through the communication and problem solving by customer service I was able to repair it. Got the replacement parts in a timely manner. Amazing customer service.
I was having trouble with a claim process mainly because of my lack of technical computer ability so I called in to customer service. I was aggravated but the advisor named Alain immediately calmed my concerns and gave me an immediate remedy to my problem. Quick thorough and smooth! Alain’s follow up was so helpful! My company had purchased a STEALTH Air Compressor a little over a year ago. It started tripping the breaker instead of shutting off when it was at full pressure. I reached out to customer service and they sent me the check valve and switch, this did not resolve my issue, they resent the same parts again assuming the replacements had a issue, as were leaking air.
