I do not recommend this company at all. I ordered 2 items from this company totaling $64.99. One of the items I paid for was not in the package that was received. This item was $49.99 and when I asked for a refund I was emailed that I would only receive $38.99. After looking at why that was I noticed that my “refund” was less than paid due to them removing the cost of shipping. Really love my dewalt vacuum. Had a problem with my hose. Filled out their online warranty submission and they sent out a new hose the same day. Keep on making great products!
