Super professional and very pleasant experience today with Alton customer service. I ordered a part for my vacuum. I received the wrong part. I called customer service, and Alain was quick to apologize for the mistake and promptly sent me the right part. Few companies nowadays truly care about the customer, and Alain is proof that Alton Industry still cares for theirs. I highly recommend this company's vacuums, and you can be sure they stand behind their products. Kudos and thanks to Alain.

I've had an issue with a drum fan, and the staff, specifically Alain, asked specific questions to zero in on the problem. A great asset. The attention to detail was great and results were very customer driven.

Alan was a pleasure to work with. With the difficulty I was experiencing of downloading pictures to make a claim, he took his time helping me through the process. His kindness and customer service training was something that I haven’t experienced in a very long time. He is quite an asset to Alton Industries and should be commended.
