Had to get some replacement parts for an IonVac HydraClean. The manufacturer was no help, but the folks at Alton stepped up. Was able to get a new battery and 2 filters for around $50 shipped. Cant beat the price and now the vacuum is good as new. There was a small issue with one of the filters but their customer service team was quick to resolve that and shipped a replacement immediately. You cant go wrong with a company that values its customers and sells quality products at a fair price.
Reached out because we purchased a dewalt shop vac that was missing drain cap and without hesitation they sent us a replacement thank you!
Last week I was referred to often by craftsman to order some filters for my 3 gallon mini shop bag. I gave the lady all information I had which was just the model number. I said I need the paper filter and the phone filter. She looked it up and said these are the ones you need is how much Mr shipping will get them out to you. I got them and they were wrong. Bought 20 gallon air compressor. For three days I called them, about 20 times. Customer Service not available recording from them. Now after two uses the unit is dead. This is the worst place to buy anything, it is a con job by these losers called Alton. They put limited lifetime warranty only motor and pump. How on earth can you obtain any service from them if I waited 3 days and nothing from them. Bunch of crooks and con artists.
Issue with my dewalt shop vac. I gave a detailed explanation. Alton came back with 3 requests (photos) I quickly responded and they shipped off a replacement motor which arreved a short time 6 days later. Happy I bought Dewalt.
