The owner of the pharmacy is an animal abuser. They lock baby kittens in a crate exposed to the bitterly cold weather without any protection or heat. According to the staff, the owner does this abuse to many animals throughout the year. I sure hope they are charged with animal cruelty as stated in Missouri laws!
