So who do I have to talk to…. To get the city of Alton to pave the pot holes that are on culp lane coming from Stanley towards Fosterburg. On the right side of the road by Casey’s (directly in front of arc) because there is a way I can sue the vehicle damages on the city of Alton and if I have to go that route I will.
