I highly recommend Marty and Alton Bay Blinds. Our experience was great from start to finish. Marty is very responsive, professional, and efficient… And even installed our beautiful plantation shutters the day before Thanksgiving so that the living space in our new home would look “finished”.
Great experience with Alton Bay Blinds. Tried to upload a video which gives a much better idea of how the shades operate but I guess videos aren’t an option in this review. Took a few screenshots from the video to show how these blinds were chosen to still be able to view the ocean even when closed. I had 7 shades installed with reverse roll option . Marty was great. When I needed an adjustment on one shade after the fact he came right out and took care of it.
Fantastic company. Marty was extremely helpful, responsive, and quick. He helped us choose our window treatments, installed them in two rounds (because some came in more quickly than others), and did a beautiful job. We’re so happy with the results and would recommend Marty to anyone. Just a 2025 update - Marty was immediately responsive when we thought we were having an issue with our motorized blinds (turned out to be user error 🤣) several years after we had them installed.
