Installed an egress window and it’s flooded every time it rains!! They are refusing to fix the problem they created and/or offer any compensation for all of the additional issues it’s created (flooded basement, furniture ruined, etc). Until/unless they fix their mistake, I highly recommend nobody uses this company!! As of now, very very disappointed in their installation and their customer service!! Will post an update when/if they fix this.

We hired Altobelli Peterson Construction to replace our old Andersen windows with Renewal by Andersen windows throughout our home. The owner, sales person and installers were outstanding and by far the most personable and professional people that we have ever dealt with and we’ve hired many contractors throughout the years. The installers are true craftsman and we really appreciate the beautiful job that they did for us. They will definitely be our first choice on our next project. While they were quick and very professional while doing the original work. Although within a couple months the door they installed starting falling apart. A door I paid $3000+ for. Now a year later pieces are falling off the the coating is peeling off. I have been attempting to call them for since it started to see if there is a guarantee on the door and if they know what brand door they installed so I can talk to the company Although they won't return any calls.
