Quite simply the most incompetent mechanics I have ever experienced. I’ll start by saying I like VW and their cars, I have owned quite a few of them. After my experience with North Shore VW Service I have got rid of them all and will never buy a VW product again. Besides the huge delays in getting a car looked at, the weeks long delays in getting parts, the misdiagnosis of problems and exorbitant cost.
