Low integrity pricing practices
Booking is easy, the welcome was friendly and the actual service got done. Unfortunately whoever serviced the car caused minor damage to my car and items in my boot (looks like a trolley fell out of my boot after a "spirited" test drive). I have a dashcam that records videos sequentially, which was missing one file. Had they unplugged the dashcam before service this wouldn't have happened so I can only surmise that they forgot to unplug the dashcam and then deleted the mishap video. Be careful when sending car for service and pink slip. Items flagged for repair as Urgent such as anti bacterial treatment for air conditioning at $103.40 or throttle body clean at $145.20 are neither urgent or needed for Pink Slip. They could flag as recommended but choose not to - to create the illusion these are necessary additional expenditure items.
