Totally useless and inept team. Don't waste your time here, anything more than an oil change is beyond them.
Do not use for tyre service, they damaged the wheels by having an apprentice use a popper machine and scratch your wheels. They do offer to repair the wheel but they don't offer a written guarantee how and who will repair your wheels. You won't know what you will end with, let's face it this industry is full of dodgy cowboys. I had a great experience at Alto Volkswagen. John was extremely professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He even took the time to let me know that my rego had expired, which I really appreciated — that kind of attention to detail makes a big difference. Overall, really good service and a smooth experience. Highly recommend asking for John if you visit!
Crooks. Said it would be $7k to fix our car before even looking at it (not joking). Then claimed it needed $10k worth of work. Took it to our local mechanic who said we were lied to and the works would be a fraction of the cost. Avoid!
Very disappointing interstate buying experience.. I am from a rural town in Victoria and recently approached VW Alto North Shore to purchase a used 2024 Audi Q2.
