probably the worse vw service i have been to, drive in with a sign to wait and there is absolutely no one around to do anything, i would expect better, this is a second time already, i thought the first was once off, Though i would say that both times Mikaeel was very quick to help when i approached the front desk, he was very helpful and really happy to help
