Highly recommend, the staff are all very helpful and caring unlike other places where your just a number, Kasey the receptionists is very approachable with any questions and queries and always smiling making you feel very welcomed, and Martin also, I think he definitely knows his stuff and also has different ways/ ideas to help out.

I come in today to a make enquiries into getting contact information for Dr Mansour ( orthopaedic surgeon) I have Kasey your receptionist was absolutely amazing she was so polite and friendly and helped me the way she the best way she could and I was absolutely grateful for her wonderful assistance even though it was the first time I had met her , I have obviously met other beautiful receptionists in practices just like this lady but do sincerely wish their was were even more people as caring and respectful around Newcastle ... read more
