This company attempted to charge us an additional $400 in parts, which were never provided in a $600 plus invoice. Our body corporate has been using this company for a number of years and invoices have just been accepted. We had one of their technicians attend to a service call recently to fix a problem with a thermostat switch. This technician did not have spare parts and agreed to use the existing switch from the spa side (not being used).
