I had a disappointing experience (no interest at all) when trying to book my car in for a service at Mitsubishi Pennant Hills. I was told by Joel at the front desk that he couldn’t enter my booking into their system without the VIN number. While I understand that VIN details are important, it was frustrating that no effort was made to help resolve the issue (all i got is I can't book you in).
