Bought a brand new car from here approximately 2 years ago. It has been a very inconvenient experience. I've taken my car to the following dealerships : Tuggerah Mitsibishi Penrith Pennant hills & Dubbo I had 2 issues diagnosed which i supported evidence with photos and videos supporting it which one is to still been to no avail. Many of the dealerships have always stated there is no issue or are worried about the price of the item when it falls under the 10 year warranty / 200,000km. The only reason this review isn't one star is that the sales team were a delight to deal with. Unfortunately, they are let down by the service department. In the years I have been taking vehicles to dealerships for servicing, this one has been the absolute worst, so much so that even at other service centres on their bad days they have not remotely been as bad as here
Absolutely waste of time at the service department. After advising the service receptionist when booking and the service co-ordinator when I took my vehicle in that it was a minor warranty issue and if they could check and identify the parts needed as whilst I waited in the reception lounge. Some 2 hrs or so I had heard from anyone so I asked and only then was someone on the phone checking to advise me there were no parts available.
