There is constantly police in this neighborhood from domestic disputes or whatever other disputes. There are renters dogs constantly off the leash in other peoples back yards and on their patios neighbors do not follow leash laws or pick up the dog waste after their dogs. Neighbors also do not follow silent time requirements in the lease. I don’t usually expect much from apartment/townhome service, but this place deserves praise. Lily in the office is incredibly professional and goes above and beyond! You can clearly tell that she is passionate about her job. The property is clean, well-kept, and always improving. Chris in maintenance responded to my non-emergency within minutes which I wasn't expecting. He's prompt, respectful, and knowledgeable. Excellent service all around! Thank y'all!
Lily she is a great manager very thoughtful and caring about her tenants. Maintenance is great and does a wonderful job.
I’ve really liked living here so far. It’s quiet, peaceful, and well-kept, which is hard to find sometimes. There’s a nice pool, a dog park, and a playground for the kids. it’s a good spot for families and pet owners. Lily, the property manager, has been really nice and easy to talk to whenever I’ve needed anything. She does a good job keeping things organized and even plans little community activities that make the place feel more connected. Maintenance has been great too.
