Coming from an apartment complex on state line rd where the maintenance people would steal from houses, and try to blame the tenant for old equipment breaking, moving to these townhomes was a massive upgrade. Lily Flores is the best manager I've ever dealt with, and she goes way out of her job description to help out the tenants, I enjoy staying here, and unless rent goes up, I dont plan on leaving
It is such a beautiful and nice place to live, the townhomes are gorgeous and so pretty , they have all the amenities possible as the gym is new and nice and the pool is in a great central spot. I can’t emphasize as well how Lilly has been with us, she has been the most helpful and supportive person in our move and residence here! I would recommend Alto 10/10!
Lily made this the easiest move for me! I haven’t had my own place in so long I was nervous about what to do or say, but she made it a literal step by step process for me. The complex, neighborhood, and unit are soo nice and well managed. Finding anything bad to say is actually impossible for me. When I imagined a home for me and my son, Alto is definitely that and more. 10/10 experience and so glad this place is my families home.
