Although I already did some homework before the test drive, and I'm also the VAG owner, Tanmay still can offer more insights for the car. I'm super happy with the test drive, and enjoy the control feeling given by the car. The precision of steeling and the feedback of body bring the safety feeling of the car. My 2014 Octavia wagon broke down recently...had it towed to Pennant Hills. They quoted me $7,000 (stage one) fix and would not guarantee further costs upon investigation/repair, also tried to replace a brand new battery at twice the market price because it was "off brand". Spoke to some local mechanics who urged me to get a second opinion. So at my own cost I had the car towed AWAY from Skoda back to a local mechanic.
