Ugh, not a premium service centre at all. They damaged my new car, failed to disclose this at the time the damage was done, and are now refusing to do anything about it. Check your invoices too - my last one had an erroneous $200 added and they immediately tried to justify it. The most dishonest car people I've had to deal with yet, and that's saying something.
Just as with my past services with Alto Skoda Pennant Hills, I have been very happy with it all the time. I love & adore my 1st Skoda Octavia RS and have been very happy with the routine maintenance/service at Alto Skoda Pennant Hills for the past few 3 years!
