Stay away! One of the worst dealerships i have ever dealt with! Something very dodgy is going on there! I was ready to make a deal with them based on the conversation i had with Ryan (Dealer manager i think) and Jack (Mr Finance man) on Saturday 9.9.23 afternoon at 5.30pm on their white E pace P250 R Dynamic they have in stock. Bad workmanship...replacing good parts over wrong jaguar diagnosos. Parking another vehicle behind yours till you pay full amount in cash...then they move their vehicle so you can drive out.. Owner is a blood sucking John Lithgow lookalike from movie CLIFFHANGER and talks the same way
Do not buy from this dealership. So this is a challenging one. The team here are great, they know their stuff and the cars are brilliant. However, the service centre they’re attached to is absolutely rubbish. They are the most incompetent mechanics I’ve ever come across and had some major issues with their poor work over the years.
