A fantastic experience. Took my brother (who has autism) to have his ear wax removed after going to the doctors the day before. Upon arrival we had a warm greeting by the receptionist who was very polite and professional. The ear specialist, Mariia, was very knowledgable and understanding of my brother’s needs - any discomfort or if he did not cope with the noise, Mariia would check in and stop if needed (she read his facial reactions excellently). Great, friendly and efficient service. I got a same day appointment for ear wax removal. It was professional, quick and a big relief. It also included a hearing test afterwards. Very pleased I visited and will follow up with hearing tests in the future.
