Booked a last minute slot after visiting elsewhere (where I was told I couldn’t be helped) and arrived within an hour of booking, easy parking and a 10* experience! Really professional, thorough and comprehensive. So much better than when I used to go and do this at the GP. After clearing out all of my wax they also did a range of sound tests so we could see the improvements and also very reasonable pricing.
Everything about this clinic is outstanding, from the greeting I got at reception to the earwax removal procedure. A special shout out to Maria who I saw today… I can’t express enough the relief I felt once the wax was removed, after days of being unable to hear, Marie was gentle and explained the whole procedure to me before Removing the wax… And there was a lot to remove. Thank you, Alto Clinic for a superb experience.
Absolutely fantastic, I had my hearing test 3 weeks ago and from the minute we stepped into the shop my wife and me were made to feel very welcome by the receptionist who I think was called Lorraine. We were offered a cup of coffee first and then called in to room by Sandeep, who was brilliant and made us feel at ease. The hearing test itself was excellent very thorough and very professional. Great, friendly and efficient service. I got a same day appointment for ear wax removal. It was professional, quick and a big relief. It also included a hearing test afterwards. Very pleased I visited and will follow up with hearing tests in the future.
