One because 0 wasnt an option… inept and lazy zero help customer service provided horrible services
They never answer the phone. Every time it’s always the same excuse “we are in training”. The program classes were canceled many times on there end. making this experience a lot more difficult than need be. And prolonged. Need to get better consumer service!
