What a horrible place. Waited two hours to get a drug test. Receptionist seemed lost, two of them at the front. Seems like only one doctor is working who’s doing everything. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Your work made you come here? Call them and ask to go somewhere else!! This place is a joke!!
If I could give negative stars, I will. I am not sure what is the name of the gentleman who was helping me, but he was the rudest person I have met and if you want to get covid it is the place to go as no one washes their hands or changes the gloves ever.
Went for a drug test, they couldn't find the kit that was mailed and I waiting for over 3 hours, which seemed to be average for everyone else waiting. They also don't answer their phones so I couldn't call ahead
I selected this place because it was close for pre employment screening. It took over the course of 3 days to get everything done due to the nurse/doctor not being in until specified times. I am not sure how you operate a clinic without a doctor being in and only a receptionist who can take urine samples. It was a long mess of a wait. The front desk workers were very rude and would say they would call back but did not call back. I have not been to a place like this in my entire life. The front door clearly states masks are required, yet one patient in the office was allowed to remain in the office without a mask. He came in and out from the back offices forgetting papers and no one mentioned to put on a mask. I came for a drug screen- just a urine sample. Was one of the first people signing in that day and they put other patients who came after me ahead. They had X-rays and physicals to do which took longer than the 10min urine sample.
