Altmann is a fantastic builder to work with. We did a small remodel that included a couple of bathrooms and laundry room, and the whole Design/Build experience was perfect. They listened to me about the decisions that I did want to make, and the ones that I didn't because - well a trusted designer always has the goods. The project was timely, the crew was so efficient, clean, and considerate, and the cost came in just as we agreed. I would absolutely use them again,
We just moved in to our custom home built by Altmann Builders. I was initially anxious about the process, but Nikki and everyone there put me at ease. They have been so good to work with throughout the process, communicated everything we needed to know, guided us through the whole thing and were always available for questions. We are incredibly thrilled with our new home and extremely grateful to have worked with the team at Altmann. They have our highest recommendation.
I have worked with them several times over the years. Building houses and customizing your own home is incredibly stressful. I felt like I was explained everything, and when the cost of something changed I was explained why. They were wonderful and very good with explaining every part of the process. I feel like every couple should build a custom home at least once in their life! I know when I do I will use Altmann Builders. Also I am a huge proponent of women owned businesses and I am happy to support them!
