Jeff Altmann and his very talented crew did a recent extensive remodel of my home in the Rockridge area of Oakland. I have been through many previous remodels, this was the easiest yet. We have used Altmann & Associates for four projects on two homes. We have also used other contractors - to our regret - over the years. The quality and craftmanship of their work is excellent. They are very intelligent, not just Jeff, but his whole team of carpenters and the subs he uses. They are not the cheapest when quoting jobs but they stick to the agreed upon budget. We have worked with Jeff Altmann and his crew on multiple projects, large and small. From a complete kitchen renovation ( including foundations) to studio rebuild from the studs on out, to small cabinets, Jeff, Marty, and their rough and finish carpenters hit all the high marks on timeliness and meeting budget.
