This review is about customer service from this company and how great they were . I ordered blue plumbagos from Home depot. They use Altman plants . My 10 plants arrived stressed from heat . 5 had black stems and foliage. Out of the 10 4 died . I got a partial refund from Home depot and thought that was it . I then received a email from this company apologizing for the heat damaged plants . I told them 4 had died and they sent me 6 more ! These plants arrived healthy and green with flowers. Absolutely thrilled! The plants arrived healthy with excellent color. (Plants on the right are from a previous purchase).
Bought a fern labeled as an Australian Tree Fern at my local Home Depot. After watching it for a few days and watching the leaves unfurl, I googled it because the structure and leaves didn’t look like a tree fern. Google thinks it’s a macho fern. I will be returning it as it’s not the fern I wanted. Make sure the plant you’re getting is actually what the sticker says it is. On the plus side, it’s healthy and growing new leaves.
Greetings just received my first ever plant on line could not leave a review on Amazon but love it now let’s see if I have a green tomb lol
I ordered bulk succulents and they arrived safely. The plants were very healthy! I will buy from them again.
