Unprofessional. Wastes your time. Flushes your money down the drain. They’re the only game in town, and they know it. I was told today that my allergen serum expired 10 weeks ago (March). No word during my last 12 office visits since February. I was told I couldn’t order new serum until I have an appointment. They’re scheduling for over a month out.
