We paid for our case upfront, office was quick and thorough in taking payment and sending our receipts. But 2 months later we still haven't received an update on a simple traffic case. No sense of urgency, and no sense of follow up. Very unprofessional that office rarely answers phone or returns call and/or emails.

While Mr Altman was effective in resolving my case in traffic court I highly recommend NOT selecting Altman Law Firm for your legal needs. I received ZERO CONTACT from Altman Law Firm after sending my payment. When I called to request information his staff made it clear that I was interrupting their day. Every time I spoke or asked I question I was interrupted with rude, condescending, unhelpful responses. Email response time can regularly be close to a week. Eric Altman ans his professional caring staff will take care of all your needs from day one. Was told by courts i would pay 3,200.00 in fees and failure to appear cost. I paid 400.00 and walked away with my license back and no insurance increase or points. He is truly the best traffic attorney in the Carolinas without a doubt!
