I went to Dr.Altman for lower back pain L5 S1 herniation that was progressing into bad sciatica pain. I could not sit and barely walk upright without so much pain. It took a few weeks and I feel like a new person . I listened to his advice on activities that I was also doing that I never knew worsened my condition . He will help you ! Do not hesitate to call - he uses gentle techniques that work ! and his office staff is by far the nicest I have ever met. Give him a try - don't live with pain.
