Was headed to work one morning and heard a scraping sound each time the front tire turned. Pulled over at side of road at the rear corner of this shop. A young man came out and saw me looking under my car. He walked around the corner of the shop to my car. Got down and looked. Directed me where to drive to get to shop entrance. Dropped off my car with a few issues needing to be addressed. I never was called about any progress. When I called, I was given vague responses of we're working on it. Four weeks later and nothing has been fixed and I'm told I can pick up the vehicle. Avoid this place if you have something more complicated than an oil change. Most work is beyond their capabilities. Too bad Google doesn't allow 0 stars. Altman earned as much.

Be AWARE of this place. They don’t let you know what is wrong with vehicle. They will tell you a “might be diagnose” and a price range or higher. They ask you if you want if fix or not… if you say no you loose the “might be diagnose payment” if you say yes they will fix it and then tell you well we fix it but it was this and this and this so the final price is This! The issue was not the money the issue was that they said they fixed it and returned our vehicle with something else damaged. So Stressful.
