Dropped off my car with a few issues needing to be addressed. I never was called about any progress. When I called, I was given vague responses of we're working on it. Four weeks later and nothing has been fixed and I'm told I can pick up the vehicle. Avoid this place if you have something more complicated than an oil change. Most work is beyond their capabilities. Too bad Google doesn't allow 0 stars. Altman earned as much.

Be AWARE of this place. They don’t let you know what is wrong with vehicle. They will tell you a “might be diagnose” and a price range or higher. They ask you if you want if fix or not… if you say no you loose the “might be diagnose payment” if you say yes they will fix it and then tell you well we fix it but it was this and this and this so the final price is This! The issue was not the money the issue was that they said they fixed it and returned our vehicle with something else damaged. So Stressful.

That girl at the desk is unprofessional and rude!! Last week I dropped my car off to be fixed. After a few hours, I called to check on it and , no one started working on it because it would be $1000.00 to fix it. I did not want to invest that much in this car, so I picked the car up. When I got home I couldn’t open my driver door from the inside because the latch was broken. I had to exit through the passenger side. I was looking for someone to work on the exhaust manifold of my 1966 Lincoln Continental. No one would touch it for fear of the bolts possibly breaking off. Altman took on the job and did a wonderful job. My car went from sounding like an old tractor to the fine classic automobile she is.
