awful company, employees don’t actually care about assisting with rehabilitation. catherine was rude when speaking with her, and didn’t seem to care to help. no one should use them at all

Not only does she use her experience to assist you but also follows all steps and procedures outlined by the Government and elaborates on them. A false occupational therapist report by a Jacqueline Mcgregor was written stating that she had a consultation with me, and without my consensus Jacqueline McGregor and my support coordinator Amy Brown filed a financial management order to control my assets. Googled Altius Group complaints however there is no complaints contact number or form to submit… Going to the Australian Commonwealth Commission, ASIC and APRA to follow this through. Be careful this place is very bad.
