We brought our cars here for oil changes. They gave us $7000 worth of quotes for items that needed to be fixed under the hood. We checked those recommendations with another local trusted auto shop, only to find at these quotes for a gross exaggeration and them trying to take advantage of us. They also charged us $200 per oil change, something you can get done at multiple places in town for under $75. so, if you're looking to get ripped off, go here.
My customer had issues with a bearing failure in a differential that we had replaced bearings in. I had a used differential sent to be replaced. Turns out part supplier sent wrong differential. This shop installed it anyway. Half way through they realized it was the wrong one. I then authorized them to get a differential so I could send the other back, part supplier agreed to refund me.
