I highly recommend Chad and his team! We are visiting the area and our Jeep broke down while visiting a friend on a Friday afternoon. They worked with NAPA auto parts to find the part I needed. They would have fixed it that evening but the alternator on my vehicle was too hot to handle LOL! They took care of it Monday and delivered it to my friend. Chad has a great sense of humor! Great, friendly service. I'm a semi trailer truck driver with an urgent load passing through Buena Vista, CO. when I got a flat truck tire. All road services I called would take 3 hrs just to get to me and another hour to get me fixed all at a hefty price. A person inside the small Loves Store in town told me to call this guys by the Napa parts, even though they do mostly cars and pickups, they could probably help me out. I'm sure glad I called. Chad and his crew are great. I’ve taken all three of our vehicles to Altitude and had great service on all of them. They are thorough and work hard to get you back on the road without upselling or promoting unnecessary work. A good, honest shop.
