We had a sidewall start to peel off on a 22 BMW hybrid, which we discovered does not come with a spare. Altitude went above and beyond to help out , exploring different options. Ultimately we stayed in BV overnight and they got the tires at 8 am the next morning and had us taken care of in a couple of hours. They even helped with hotel recommendations. Great service!
Stopped in with a slow leak. Staff got to our vehicle in a timely manner and back on the trails in no time.
Not many tire shops can pull such high reviews. Most of us dealing with tires are not always in a great mood. But this shop is legit. I just had a flat that needed repaired and maybe showed up at 4:30. I was willing to leave it overnight, but Chad is so service orientated that he stayed late and fixed it whilst dealing with other last minute customers. Very professional shop. We had a tire blowout on our trailer as we rolled into town. They open at 8am, and by 9 we had 4 new tires and we were on our way. Great customer service. Thank you for saving our trip!
