Erica and her team have done an excellent job managing our short term vacation property. Guests are always happy and Erica is very responsive.
I can’t say enough good things about Altitude Property Management. Vacation rentals can be very stressful for two reasons, 1. This is our family cabin and it means the world to us and 2. This is a rural mountain property where things can go haywire. Altitude takes that stress away. Don’t tell Erica but I would pay a lot more than I do for how easy she makes my life.
Working with Erica and her team is a joy. Erica works hard to meet our every request and the service she provides is reliable, to a high standard and very fairly priced. Working with Erica has improved and streamlined our Airbnb rentals. Highly recommended!
