Jeep weekend! And we hosted a gathering at this amazing place. Folk when i say this is top knotch i mean it! Perfect atmosphere perfect view. Best possible place to connect with others while look out into the smokies. The hospitality at this plase is second to none!
Good: atmosphere, great views. Staff is kind but kinda all over the place Bad: the prices and, most importantly, the food!!! Ordered a bunch of appetizers and entrees with the group. The pasta was all soggy. Think boxed pasta that was left in the water all day. The sauces are completely flavorless. Cajun pasta what??? If they had just opened a box of barilla and a jar of Ragu, it would have been much better than whatever they were selling for 25 bucks. Located in the 6th floor of Hotel Indigo. Went for a takeout dinner after an intensive hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains. The bartender lady was super nice. Served me a glass of Diet Coke and also offered another glass to take back to my room. Ordered the honey brussel sprouts and grilled trout. The dishes remained to be very tasty even though they’ve accommodated my dairy and egg allergy by removing the cheese and butter. The atmosphere and live music were great, but unfortunately the service ruined the experience. We arrived around 9:30 PM, ordered at the bar, and waited a long time while watching others receive their food. The bartender was on her phone most of the time and eventually admitted she had forgotten our order. When our food finally arrived, it was COLD. 🥶 Maybe it’s better earlier in the day, but based on our experience, I would NOT recommend coming here late at night.
