Had a fusion in my lower back in October 2025. Started PT therapy a week after surgery. Twelve weeks of PT twice per week. Just finished this week. Went into PT with mobility issues and quite a bit of pain. I’m feeling great now and the therapists were very caring, kind, and helpful. Now I’m back to my normal activities and have a home program they helped develop for me. The staff are very knowledgeable and great to work with. Molly was awesome! I feel good about my progress.
After 5 weeks of PT, my condition didn't seem to be changing. So I stopped my PT early. I was then offerred a complimentary lazer light treatment. It took about 10 minutes, but was the best decision I made. My pain immediately was gone and is still gone. Not only is the pain gone, but my knee felt completely stable and back to normal. Still great today, 5 days later. The only downside is that insurance won't cover additional treatments.
Altitude is awesome. I have worked with this group of physical therapists off and on for over 3 years. They have helped me solve various muscle issues and pain. Most recently they helped me prepared for Total Knee Replacement surgery. By the time I had completed 8 weeks of PT I realized I felt good enough to not need the TKR - at least for now! I am quite grateful for their professional and concerned care - and am glad they are in my neighborhood.
Dr. Molly Carter was amazing! We achieved more strength and balance in a short period of time. I’m more motivated to go to the gym and be more active at home. The people were incredibly personable and professional. I’d recommend Altitude to everyone!
