Restaurant Review: We had booked this restaurant several weeks in advance for our wedding anniversary dinner, noting the occasion in our booking. There wheelchair ramp is broken can only get threw the front of building then at night time wheelchair users are locked in there and they can't access the outside at all till the morning and someone comes on

The floors in the room were very sticky. the toilet seat had clear dried up stains on it. There was a lot of dust in the room. The utensils/cutlery was also dirty and appeared to have been used by previous tenants. The carpet in the room was also dirty and had stuff on it which made it uncomfortable to walk in the room without shoes on. The towels on the bed appeared to be discoloured. Stayed here a couple off times before but our most Recent Stay on the 29th was just a horrible experience Room was Stink off Damp cushions and bedding smelt the same , spa was Filty so we had to wash that out , so dissapointing for a lovely place just zero care or matience would never stay again
