I have attempted to call their store twice, a few of days ago and again today. I cant speak to what they do once your vehicle is with them, but I think I am probably too scared to find out now. I'd really hate to need to talk to them about my vehicle and not be able to get ahold of someone while it's being worked on.
Careful. Took my HD truck here to fix some suspension issues. I pointed out 2 specific issues (coils & isolators). Ended up paying $1500 to fix it with the recommended new track bar and radius arm drop. When I picked my truck up neither of the 2 issues were fixed. I did my own research to figure out what was going on, and had to drive back to Altitude to have a $200 part put on, which fixed both issues. I used Shock Rehab which is located inside Altitude. Great experience, knowledgable staff. Altitude is a real deal off road shop! They had multiple buggies and Jeeps on the racks. The shock build was quick and easy. Glad I found the shop
